1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

As most of our products are made to order, we begin processing your order after confirmation. Therefore, cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been placed.

2. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable.

We request customers to carefully review their product details, size, colour, and other specifications before completing their purchase.

3. Exceptions

Exchanges may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
• The customer has received an incorrect product.

All such requests are subject to verification and approval by our team, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Discounted Products

Products purchased at discounted or sale prices are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

5. Important Information

• Please check the size chart before placing your order.
• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
• Minor irregularities in weaves are natural characteristics of the fabric and are not considered defects.
• We recommend following the product’s wash and care instructions.
